Creating and using tags

Make your video content super organised and easily searchable by creating and using tags in your library.

How to use tags

Tags are labels that help your team to categorise your footage and make it easily searchable. Your library tags can be anything you want them to be, but whatever tags you choose, it’s important to be consistent.
Creating a tagging structure is a great first step in helping you to define which tags are going to be most useful and how to apply them.
[Tip: Create custom tags that work best for your organisation - whether that’s by department, subject matter, or another category]

Create and add tags

You can add tags to your video files when you upload them into your library, or later on.

  2. Select the items you wish to tag by clicking the box in the top right of the thumbnail
