Where to get help
Whether you’re a video pro or just getting started, it’s likely you may have questions or need a bit of support from time to time. When that happens, you can choose how you’d like to get help.
The Help button will always be located in the bottom right corner of your screen when you’re using Wrappt.
Selecting this button will give you a couple of options:
Visit the Wrappt Help Centre: Want to read up on how to do something with our helpful guides and tips? Click here to browse or search for topics.
Ask a question: Send a query to our customer success team by filling out the enquiry form. You can attach any photos/screenshots in the 'How can we help?' box. This query will be sent directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and you’ll receive a response within 2 business hours.
Customer and technical support
If you’re not in the Wrappt platform but need to contact us with a query, you can email email@example.com. Your nearest available customer success manager will get back to you within 2 business hours.
Feedback from our customers is without a doubt the most important kind of feedback we can receive. Whether you’re having a positive or negative experience (hopefully the former!), we want to hear about it.
To leave us feedback, just click on the 'Give Feedback' button located in the bottom left corner of the screen.
